Customers may email hello@theticketchocolate for overnight rates, for Saturday shipping rates, to request signature upon delivery, or for any orders being shipped outside of the United States and Canada.
Custom spoon orders will typically be shipped 21-25 days after payment is received.

WHAT IF MY CHOCOLATE IS DAMAGED?
Ticket Chocolate is not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages or packages damaged by the elements after delivery.
We take pride in offering the very best. Every item we offer is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives.
