Parties & Printables

At The Ticket Kitchen, we love a good get together. From glittering gala weddings to last-minute evenings with friends, our handmade chocolates feel right at home anywhere you like to gather. Gift our chocolates as favors, or plan the menu around them. On this page we’ve provided printables you can use to personalize chocolates for your guests, and we couldn’t help but throw in a few favorite party ideas of our own.

PRINTABLES
How to use our printables, in 5 easy steps.
This project requires card stock to print on, a craft knife, and a one-and-a-half-inch circle craft punch (available at any craft store).

  1. Make sure you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If you don’t, it’s free, and you can download it here.
  2. Click on any of the downloads below that you would like to print. Then save the file to your computer.
  3. Open the file and print it as is, or click in the middle of each tag to type a name or message before you print.
  4. Trim around the edges of the paper, then use a one-and-a-half-inch circle craft punch to punch out each tag.
  5. Use a craft knife to cut two slits in each tag, then slide it right onto your stick.

AmberLee and Andrea’s FAVORITE PARTY IDEAS

The Hot Chocolate Bar
This event is just right for a wedding or shower, but our favorite is to make a hot chocolate bar into a potluck. Set out a Hot Chocolate Ticket Stick for each guest and provide steaming milk. Provide other toppings or invite guests to bring their favorites. We like to start with fresh whipped cream and homestyle marshmallows. And then we like to see what our guests show up with, we’ve tried everything from crystallized ginger, to cinnamon bears, to real maple syrup, to bacon crumbles, which was great for conversation.

The Winter Picnic for Two
We’ve found a thermos of steaming milk and a pair of Hot Chocolate Ticket Sticks makes for a perfect winter picnic. If you have a second thermos, boil your favorite gourmet sausages before you go, and put them in their own thermos. All you need is a loaf of crusty bread and a pair of oranges to make the meal complete.

The Tree Trimming
Use a ribbon to hang Hot Chocolate Ticket Sticks right on your untrimmed tree. When guests arrive, they can pull a hot chocolate Ticket Stick off the tree and replace it with tinsel and trimmings, then enjoy a cup of steaming hot chocolate while admiring the twinkling lights.

The Afternoon Book Club
Invite friends for a luncheon potluck. Once the dishes have been enjoyed and the plates cleared, provide Hot Chocolate Ticket Sticks and steaming milk to talk over a book or review a favorite flick.
